After School Programs at Noah Webster are run by the OPMAD (Organized Parents Make A Difference) Program. OPMAD is a non-profit community organization created by parents in 1992.

This organization was created to empower and unite parents to meet the academic, social, cultural, creative, and physical needs of children through parent-driven extended day programs that nurture and encourage responsible citizens.

OPMAD provides a wide range of after school enrichment activities which include recreational, creative & cultural arts, academic, peer mediation and life skills. One of their goals is to offer one-to-one academic help in the Homework Club.  It is OPMAD's top priority to provide safe, age-appropriate, developmentally based activities that are fun and meaningful for children ages 4 - 16. Parents are encouraged and trained to be involved in all phases of program design and implementation.
